By attending or participating in this event, all attendees and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the officers, directors, employees, and agents of Snarklefarker's LLC and Circus Church from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including, but not limited to, legal fees and costs arising out of or in connection with their attendance of and/or participation in the event. This indemnification extends to any injury, illness, physical harm, or damage to property incurred during the event. Attendees and participants acknowledge that they attend or participate in the event at their own risk and waive any claims against Snarklefarker's LLC and Circus Church for any such incidents.
